*Meaningful work *Exciting to work on new and innovative drugs *While working on different projects, the work isn't monotonous *Great Product Development group, and overall great coworkers across the company *Pay is fair, bonuses are nice, HSA contributions are very appreciated *CEO has really started focusing on increasing employee engagement and community outreach
Cons
*Since it's a small company, there's not many opportunities for growth *Some members of management can be short sighted and difficult to work with - especially in regards to development *Upper management could to a better job of planning for future growth instead of just reacting when it's too late
