Pros
If your lucky and can be placed in a store with a good crew it will make your job a lot stressful. Hourly Store Mangers work only 45 hours a week.
Cons
Recently with the merger with Walgreens we are seeing cut backs on hours which is effecting our productivity and sales. With that said we are hurting for sales which places more pressure on management to increase sales and profits with a do more with less attitude from Corp.
