Pros
You're forced to teach and motivate yourself which I guess is good. You get good first hand practice on how to deal with craziness in a calm way.
Cons
No support, terrible management, terrible pay. No lunch break, standing all day even when there are no customers and no prescriptions to fill. Did I mention, no lunch breaks?
