Too many to list, really. Low, low pay. Increased work load with exceedingly decreases payroll hours, lazy corporate management, no bonuses, no incentives to bridge front end with pharmacy (even though they push front end to get vaccinations to pharmacy). Corporate positions often go to family members/friends of those already in corporate.
