Horrible company & dead-end job - Package Handler Ritchie Engineering Employee Review

I have been employed with Ritchie Engineering for 39 years. The employees work very hard. The employees are like family. We are compensated well by the owners. I have work for two generations of the Ritchie family.

I can't think of any.

If you sucked up to the right people, you could get away with anything.

- Dedicated employees were treated like background noise while the slackers who kissed up got showered with praise. - Promotions felt like a joke - handed out based on who you laughed with during breaks, not how well you did your job. - Showing up early, staying late, taking extra shifts-none of it mattered if you weren't in the clique. - Watching lazy, careless workers get rewarded while others broke their backs killed morale fast. - The blatant favoritism didn't just ruin motivation-it made the whole place toxic.
