We have followed up with Marianne Marck, our Chief Information Technology Officer, and here is her response: "I am extremely disappointed to hear about your experience, especially your harassment and bullying comment. As the leader of our Technology group, I want to personally assure you that Ritchie Bros. never tolerates workplace harassment and bullying in any form: verbal, physical, or visual, and be it sexual or nonsexual in nature. We are very clear on our intolerance of workplace harassment in our mandatory training for employees and there are multiple avenues for addressing harassment directly with Human Resources, Legal, the Executives and our Employee Hotline. We take harassment seriously. Employees may always speak with me and our HR leadership team in confidence so we may further investigate.
