Pros
Average benefits, pay competitive at hire however pay increases and bonuses are small and below inflation in the past years so you lose spending power each year you stay.
Cons
All remote in the past, now moving to hybrid. The culture is described as “family ” but my experience felt more corporate and cutthroat. Leadership changes, matrix leadership with layers of management causing confusion, shifting priorities, micromanagement and silent terminations have created an atmosphere of uncertainty and distrust. Overloaded with work, keep piling it on. Departures of employees are no longer communicated much anymore, making it feel secretive and unsettling for those left behind. There are additional red flags: voluntary resignations are often met with immediate termination rather than honoring notice periods. Several senior leaders have exited in the past few years. If you're interviewing ask about turnover, workloads and transparency.
