Pros
Fast processing of my requirements and straightforward deployment
Cons
-The HR team can be quite unprofessional at times when responding to inquiries. The tone and manner in which they address questions about the process often come across as rude and dismissive. Clear and respectful communication should be a priority, especially when employees are simply seeking clarification.
-Salary increases are not guaranteed annually, as they depend on the client’s budget allocation.
-You have to request your payroll details every cutoff instead of it being sent automatically, which can be inconvenient and frustrating.
-Leave credits are limited to only 5 days after a year of service, and the overall benefits package is lacking—aside from the HMO and basic salary, there’s not much else offered.
-You constantly need to remind them about your contract status, and unfortunately, you're the one expected to follow up directly with your immediate supervisor on the client side—instead of HR taking the lead on this.
-They only respond if they want to, and they don't usually answer your inquiries right away
