Pros

Good degree of autonomy—you were generally trusted to manage your own caseload and sessions. The gym facilities were well-equipped, and it was usually acceptable to request funding for materials or resources when needed.

Cons

Deeply concerned about the unethical practices I witnessed during my time at this company. Some staff resorted to highly inappropriate methods, such as pinching and sitting on children to force-feed them, or tying children to chairs to enforce compliance with seating behavior. These actions are not only ethically unacceptable but also deeply harmful to the children’s well-being and development. Equally troubling is the management's resistance to evidence-based practices. Suggestions and feedback from qualified therapists were often dismissed, creating a rigid environment that prioritizes control over care.
