The Big 3 partners > 20 years with the firm are someone you can bank upon and are so accomodating. So kind and gentle human beings .
Cons
- Grossly underpaid and to make it worse, HR partner will force you to stoop low and then exploit you and is hand in glove with the HR in charge. Employees will be promised a handsome raise and also a bonus - they slog during the busy season and then are conned. Imagine getting a 50 cent chocolate bar as HR appreciation. - Once the Big 3 retire (soon), this firm is going to the dogs (this has begun already). - Extremely impatient HR partner who calls the shots, has led to a mass exodus of top employees over the past few years, all due to his never ending awful working style. - HR says "nothing makes me more "happy" than seeing people grow". You know the truth by now!!!
