Poor management. Schedule often posted with as little as 1-2 days advance. Seem unable to keep good employees for more than a year. Inflexible with scheduling needs. Retaliatory behavior toward individuals asking for a pay raise.

Free food, coffee and discounts. Good bagels, though they can be a bit pricey.

High turnover, everyone who's any good or has any sense leaves almost immediately. The owner is out of touch with her employees, has a tendency to micromanage, and has retaliated against employees who speak out or ask for salary increases based on performance.
