Pros
Remote work. That's about it. If you enjoy feeling worked and monitored like an AI chatbot, you’ll thrive here.
Cons
Workload expectations are beyond unreasonable; every single minute is tracked, timed, and measured Leadership obsesses over metrics and ignores burnout; there’s no empathy, just quotas. You’ll be blamed for systemic issues that you have zero control over. Training is rushed, documentation is unclear, and expectations change daily. Support staff are treated like expendable labor, not people. Pay does not remotely match the stress level — and management gaslights you into believing you’re underperforming if you speak up.
