Pros

I am kind of person who cares a lot for the purpose and meaning of my role and my interpersonal relationship at work. I am glad that Riot is able to offer that. The mission is clear, the culture is strong, employees share an aligned framework, and what is left for me to figure out my skills, my dedication and creativity.

Cons

Everyone owns their own career and self-development. There isn't clear track or trajectory unless you propose and get buy-in. If you don't know for sure what do you want to do and try to get by, you will build very negative personal image and might be suggested to move on. If you don't care about games or tech / entertainment related stuff at all, don't apply. Because you will be in a disadvantage spot at day one.

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
