Good money if they didnt have an illegal policy

They have a policy and meetings telling server they have to pay for mistakes and walkoit out their own pocket which is illegal. I was there for about a month, at first it was fine till i made ome mistake and was told i had to pay for it, so i was pressured to pay 30$ of my tips that i had worked for. After standing up for myself it became tense between me and the managers. I had tried asking for a write up instead of paying telling them its illegal to make a server pay for a mess up or walkout tab. Then soon after when i tried to communicate with the kitchen to see me about an order that a guest was particular about and was toldbit was my fault by managment and they kept me from taking care or picking up my tables. I was sent home early and told to take the weekend off. Eventually they put me on a three week hiatus from work becuase i wouldnt accept being a hostess (force of demotion is illegal). After three weeks i caved into accepting the position, and was told they hired people already and that i was fired.
