      Pros

      Flexibilidade, benefícios (VT é descontado apenas 1% do salário), localização (em frente ao metrô da Estácio), ambiente com diversas culturas, inclusão social em todos os aspectos (religião, cor, pne, etc).

      Cons

      Não existe procedimentos, planejamento, política de desenvolvimento profissional, treinamentos. Referente ao meu cargo, tudo o que foi passado na reunião não se aplica, ou seja, uma verdadeira enganação!

      Pros

      International experience, multicultural environment, a "must-do-no-matter-what" environment, "will-over-the-skill" general attitude.

      Cons

      I am not sure I would be able to list any cons (except the occasional high anxiety that comes with the job description).

      Pros

      The global reach of the job. The social impact of it in the city and the fun it is to be part of this project.

      Cons

      Short term job. Company that will last up to 2017 and the wrong correlation that people do with the public actions.
