Pros
Rinse has a management team and an operations team that truly cares about making the business better on a daily basis. The people are an amazing group of individuals who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I've worked at other start ups in the past, and Rinse is refreshing in that the leadership is well grounded in what is important about the business - the customer experience and the people who create it on a day to day basis. Rinse understands that having a positive culture motivates people to do better.
Cons
The business is growing, and fast -- this isn't a con, but anyone who isn't familiar with the race-track speed of start ups might be surprised!
