      Pros

      - Great product which should be a big seller for many applications. - Agile company, that due to its small size in the UK, are able to bring new products to the market quicker than competitors.

      Cons

      - Must be more ambitious as an organisation, which is reflected in its turnover, after many years in business. - Staff turnover is high, which is never a great sign. - Niche, short term mind set, doesn’t allow for growth and long term goal delivery.

      Pros

      Initially, the company seems to be a place where you can learn a lot from your peers and senior management, until you realize that senior management is only looking out for their cronies. You have to play the political game in order to get promotional gain.

      Cons

      There are many hard working employees there that are taken for granted. Loyalty means nothing to me.
