Pros
Very high social values - as a family company they DO care genuinely about their employees. Overall a very daring and innovative company - for the fact that they are an "old" media house, a lot of different directions and strategies to digitalise the company are taken. Overall a very entrepreneurial, smart and unbureaucratic place.
Cons
As in any company there is a certain amount of headquarter politics and sometimes, specifically working in the digital part of the company one does not always feel supported by the legacy business functions.
