Free agency, the ability to perform in a "call center" setting without being micromanaged. Awesome CEO, great staff! Laidback environment, lunches provided once weekly with a catered dinner once monthly for team meetings. Supportive staff who are eager to help answer any questions and address concerns. Great for those who need flexibility in scheduling as management is willing to work within class/work schedules and recognize other obligations.
Cons
The company is quickly growing and expanding, typical start-up growth pains, establishing protocols and processes. Deal with 120+ law firms who have their own protocols to adhere to can be overwhelming at times. Listening to some of the case intakes can be triggering for those who have experienced similar trauma, and it can get difficult to maintain empathy after the 100th car crash call of the day.
