      A lot of overtime and company truck was provided

      Cons

      The hours for example I would have to wake up at 2:00am or even 3am to be at the job sites ready to inspect the rebar and take my concrete samples.

      Pros

      Small but knowledgeable and professional team. My experience was pre COVID and may be different now. We worked on Geotechnical reports and CMT. It was hectic during certain periods but totally worth it for early career.

      Cons

      Growth may be limited after sometime because of repetitive projects.
