Unsafe Working Conditions, Abusive Managers to Clients - DSP Rimland Services NFP Employee Review

For families of anyone with autism, please do not send your loved ones here. I witnessed behavior of numerous managers and DSPs who were extremely dysfunctional and disrespectful to clients. It was heartbreaking but I had little influence on changing the conditions or their behaviors. DSPs and managers also had unsafe food practices that could lead to food poisioning and improper mixing of cleaning chemicals that could lead to toxic gasses. Black mold was throughout the main building.
