Pros
After working there you can deal with just about anything.
Cons
Everyone is overworked, stressed, tired and most of all underpaid. As people leave, their jobs get added on to others with no extra pay. Everything that was promised never happened. Insurance is lower but if you have to use it, take out a second loan on your house. Every person hates working here, from supervisors down to laborers and office staff, it's so sad. People call it a sinking ship but upper management still thinks it's all going good. As people leave no one asks why because no one cares. It's depressing to see how bad it got and how quickly. Peak company that owns Riley is even worse. People are clueless about what it takes to run a business and how to keep employees. Flying out here asking employee questions but not wanting or caring to actually get an answer and do something about it. Waste of time.
