Toxic workplace, treated like you haven't got a life outside of work, expected to work all hours. Multiple H & S breaches e.g made to lift heavy machines alone on customer sites, no formal electrical safety training. Minimal machine training then chucked out on the road expected to do 5+ jobs per day. Throw money at you when complaints are made or issues raised.
