      Pros

      Great company, very employee focused. Very competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      There is nothing I would rate as a con. There are always "things" but they were a lot farther and fewer between than other companies I've worked for.

      Pros

      RightStar offers plenty of training to keep you current on your job skills Communication from the CEO about the state of the company is open and honest Management is on your side when dealing with clients

      Cons

      Onboarding for new employees is practically absent. A little more than "show up at the client site" is needed for new employees. Need a more structured process for job performance reviews and raises.
