Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience! The company does an excellent job of setting clear expectations from the start, so you always know what's expected of you and how you can succeed. While the work can be challenging, it’s also extremely rewarding — there is always something new to learn, and you’re encouraged to grow both professionally and personally. While this isn't necessarily a "con," one area I’d love to see improved is the way holidays are handled. Currently, the major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the 4th of July are included in the vacation allotment, which can limit the flexibility when planning time off. It would be great if these key holidays could be offered as paid time off in addition to the regular vacation days. This small change would further enhance the already great work-life balance here.
