Pros
Decent pay, especially for Bloomington Some WFH opportunities They do promote from within
Cons
A lot of employees are remote, and I'm guessing the positive reviews are from that. I would 100% not recommend working here. The environment is incredibly tense, hostile, and unprofessional, mostly due to the CEO and upper management. If you want to work here, get ready to be screamed at on a weekly basis by Mike VF. Also, get ready to be on call (which they also do not advertise while you are interviewing). It is a weekly schedule and you are on 24/7 call several days a week. You will be expected to carry around your laptop everywhere you go and answer phone calls from (understandably) irate customers when the booking machine is down at all hours (this happens often, multiples time a day), including during the night (9pm-7am).
