Pros
Clients. Even through all the hard days, it's extremely rewarding to get a call from a former client or see them at a local meeting, and hear about how well they're doing. It's an honor to play a small part in that.
Cons
The pay is incredibly (almost insultingly) low, especially for the amount of work put in. There aren't any paid holidays. Sometimes it feels like there is little to none support from management. They are quick to blame and you'll spend most of your time walking on eggshells. High turn around. Very little opportunity for advancement.
