Pros
- fast paced, rewarding and progressive opportunities
- not tied down to a desk all day, variety in daily tasks and who you interact with
- a good commission structure that means you can earn much more than your basic salary
- ability to progress quickly, and you’re rewarded for hard work
- social events which include all branches multiple times a year
Cons
- thrown straight into the deep end once training is over (not necessarily a bad thing and more support/ improvements have been made since I left training)
- lack of support from some departments
