      Nice Offices Generally Relaxed working atmosphere Good middle management Pay in line with market rates Breakfast on a Friday morning Always good staff nights out

      Very dashboard driven Lack of promotion opportunities Innovation stifled at times by management team Odd Annual Review process Technology not always kept up-to-date

      Pros

      Very little, semi flashy offices on Harbourne Road in Brum.

      Cons

      Poor salary, poor prospects and, if your face doesn't fit, management who will bully you into admitting you were wrong. Sick? Who cares, get to work, no matter the illness. It's very telling they managed to get my previous review removed.

      - Good chance to learn some solid skills - Relaxed atmosphere - Good nights out - Good mix of age groups - Good technology - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Pay isn't the best - No chance of progression as it is a very flat structure - An awkward place to get to by car due to traffic on the Hagley road - Went through periods with nothing to do (got boring)
