      Location - central Birmingham - good vibe Modern offices and facilities Forward thinking Progressive Caring culture Trusting Enabling Great social scene

      Cons

      Flat management structure - but they all had commitment and cared. Not enough time to complete projects. Sometimes not creative enough in approach to projects

      Pros

      Very little, semi flashy offices on Harbourne Road in Brum.

      Cons

      Poor salary, poor prospects and, if your face doesn't fit, management who will bully you into admitting you were wrong. Sick? Who cares, get to work, no matter the illness. It's very telling they managed to get my previous review removed.

      Very dashboard driven Lack of promotion opportunities Innovation stifled at times by management team Odd Annual Review process Technology not always kept up-to-date
