Residents and families often find the littlest things to complain about which can make things difficult.

-They’re friendly... at first. But that changes quick

-Lazy CNA coworkers and med techs. Management were desperate to hire and keep cnas so they hire pretty much anything and anyone. -You’ll see many employees not doing their job because all they want to do is gossip and gain info about another person when it’s not their business. -Some med techs are useless. These are the people you go to for help as a CNA, especially during second and third shift. You’ll see many of them maybe twice or three times on a good day that entire shift because again, they wanna hang out with their friend on another hall
