The owner and CEO of Ridewell is the 3rd generation in the family to run the business. He has grown up in the business and worked in most all positions within the company. His family has genuinely cared about its employees for over 50 years.

As in all organizations, there are challenges. The turnover in our production plant is high but I attribute that to the current economic conditions. This is a great place to work.
