good company culture, where everyone is very helpful and willing to teach. bosses are understanding and helpful. work life balance is okay
Cons
the working hours can tend to be long because of constant meetings etc which means you will need to find time outside of the meetings to clear your emails etc.lowwer salary than peers in the same industry. not the best equipment wise.
