Pros
Flexible schedule- if you're hitting plan they leave you alone.
Cons
Way too many obstacles in the way for sales- base salary is low (36,400 per year- just raised) for the amount of extra details a sales person is responsible for- commissions are very low (starting at 1.25%) and, the company wants more software sales, and, training for software sales is pretty slim.
