Pros

Decent Pay, exposed to a lot of different projects, friendly teammates.

Cons

No transparency, poor company communication. Limited adoption to new technology. Laptops are not provided, even to managers. Unnecessarily stressful. Incompetent managers as a result of being promoted with no proper training or mentor programs - sink or swim mentality. Biased management, favoritism. No account to bill against when collaborating with engineers. Run down office, unsanitary. Expected to work too many hours, buts in chairs attitude. Blaming or finger pointing when problems arise. Too non-confrontational.

Pros

The best pro is that they offer hybrid schedules. Depends on which department you are in though. Some departments get one day remote and others get two, not sure why that is. There is so much to learn. If you are hungry to climb the ladder, you will enjoy all the opportunities RICK will give you.

Cons

Work is always coming in fast. Deadlines sometimes can fall into the same week. I have had weeks with multiples submittals due end of the week. Everyone works together to get the submittal complete but it is still stressful.
