Pros

Employee Discount Insurance - It is a pricey but the coverage is great. Events - they have a company picnic each year and a Holiday Party. This could be a great place to work if they raised the salaries and got rid of most of their management The pro ‘s had a 20 word minimum which I️ honestly struggled with to find enough words to say something positive about working here .The best day working here was my last

Cons

I worked in accounting and I️ wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you are offered a job here RUN the other way . The co-workers are great but the management is the worst I️ have ever come across in all my years of working .They show no appreciation to the workers. It seems the only people that get ahead are lazy, rude or brown nosers. They are actually threatened by anyone that they feel is more knowledgeable then them. The training if you want to call it that is a joke it consists of you have a computer and a sign on Ok great you are good to go. If I️ wanted to the do it yourself approach I️ would work at Lowe’s. Management does not value their employees and does nothing about employees being mistreated. Supervisors talk about and make fun of their staff and no one seems to care. If you want to spend your entire working career in a dead end job then this is definitely the place for you , unless they outsource your job overseas.

Everyone’s friendly, professional, and respectful

Pay sucks. Didn’t deliver on an EOY bonus that was promised during my interview.

Pros

Compared to other companies that I've worked for, looking back, this company was very chill--the work was very easy to handle. I don't know how to say this without being mean but people there weren't very bright so it was easy to stand out if you had at least 2 brain cells to rub together. There are busy seasons and chill seasons. During busy seasons, I would pull 12-14 hour days but it was only 2-3 months out of the year. The rest of the year, my job took about 2-3 hours to do everyday and the rest of the day, I just had to look busy at my desk

Cons

The people--it's very mean girl energy there. The nepo bias are strong. It's a hard pill to swallow when you work twice as hard as a VP or board member's kid, which isn't very hard since he walks in late and does nothing, and get paid next to nothing. The pay here is pretty insulting.
