      Pros

      Nice family culture with most brands sitting together in one office. Over the years, the brand has also consistently pumped-up employee benefits such a leave days, for instance.

      Cons

      Do not expect HR to be productive in looking into grievances within your team. Their only solution is to ask you to have a chat with the other party, followed by more chats after. And they are surprised when you give up your successful years to leave the company.

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Cons

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
