Amateurs almost in all aspects - Project Manager Richard Fritz Employee Review

Company has something resembling tribal structure from middle ages. People on top of food chain do not have any accountability at all. All mishaps, unprofessional attitudes are shifted to project managers in direct contact with end customers in attempt to shift all blame from ineffective or unwilling top management to field workforce . Customers are obviously not dumm and this company thus loses tons of confidence among departments at customer side except purchasing where "paperwork modus operandi" is prevailing.
