Pros

I started with Richsol as soon as i graduated college. Being a former college athlete i thought the structure of the business was pretty simple, which it is. Everyone in the office is a millennial so thats pretty cool. I liked the fact we started the work day at 11am it gave me a lot of time in the morning to get done with errands and go to the gym. Learning the marketing and sales concepts and strategies were fairly easy I think anyone can do it. I enjoyed not having to sit in cubical

Cons

Everyone in the office is always so positive, so if you like positive environments might be the place for you. I have a hard time hearing the word no which is a big part of sales and marketing, i simply couldn't get passed that being someone who was used to getting what they wanted. Having to work the weekends sucked but we all made more money on the weekends but i wanted to just spend it with my friends and family.

Pros

Everyday is literally a new day here. I finally feel like I have found a place that has like minded individuals that are ready for their career to start! I've been working for the company almost 6 months now and I honestly can't remember a day where basically the whole office didn't show up early and excited to get to work. Amanda, our manager makes sure to keep herself available to train, coach, and mentor every single one of us. It's a nice change to finally have a boss who cares. We also get bonuses for different challenges and friendly competitions to help motivate us through the week.

Cons

That I'm not in management yet, but almost there!

Pros

I wanted to get involved with something for my fall internship that gave me experience for my degree. I wanted a fun company culture but also a place where I could learn something. When I started working here I learned so much information and was able to relate a lot of it to marketing classes I have taken and also made a lot of good friends. If I had to pick one thing I enjoyed the most it would be team night because the group got together one night every other week and did fun things like Keegan's, Kona Grill, ice skating and monster mini golf. Personally I liked Keegan's the best because we all got to bring our dogs! ;)

Cons

This was my first fulltime job and I wasn't used to working this many hours but as it went on I got better at managing my time. The only other bad thing was that I had to leave at the end of December when my internship was up and go back to school. I hope another opportunity will open up for me here when I am done with my degree.
