Pros

70mph Texas nothing else good luck

Cons

Everything else f u work for them u will find out lets just say not very nice ppl the stick on there chairs are large they rely on gm for most there freight so when gm shuts down for holidays u will end up sitting for up to two weeks with no loads each major holiday and even with no load they expect u to come in for 3 hours to do an oil change on ur truck for no pay at all 0 dollars so u basically pay to go to work my using the gas in ur vehicle to get there and back and if u ask for a load so that way u can make some kind of money the ex owner/new transportation manager cuz he sold the company to road runner but remained the manager anyways he gets on the phone and tells u to " get that f in oil change done or find new employment " that is the kinda company values to expect from them

Pros

Paid on-time (usually), there are 1 or 2 people left who actually care.

Cons

Rich Logistics has experienced persistent and disruptive turnover in leadership, creating an environment marked by constant directional shifts, unclear priorities, and inconsistent execution. Rather than driving improvement, each management change has led to a reset in expectations, strategies, and cultural direction. Constant lay-offs and no communication has shown that they cannot be trusted and do not care about the few remaining employees. The economic outlook is miserable. They are bound to fail and blame everyone but themselves. This instability has resulted in: 1. No sustained leadership vision 2. Repeated breakdown of communication 3. Poor alignment between leadership and frontline operations 4. Inability to maintain consistent policies and systems 5. Erosion of employee trust and morale 6. Failure to achieve meaningful operational improvements
