Good salary and benefits. The products they have are good but very hard to compete in North America and lack many features. They have no real technical advantage so the sales managers and anyone else on a commission based salary struggle to earn a good income compared to similar roles with other companies.
Cons
No vision and leadership. Ribbon has no idea what to do to when trying to establish themselves in the US and Canada. Some of the products they sell are in a saturated market in NA and they cannot compete. They have a couple niche uses but that will not sustain the revenue goals they need.
