The atmosphere is very welcoming. I learned a lot here. This is a fantastic place for corporate exposure.

Great place to gain hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, including dashboards, BPMs, and reports (Crystal, SSRS). Good exposure to real client projects as well as in-house products. Supportive team and a learning-focused environment. Strong emphasis on understanding business processes, not just coding.

ERP learning curve can be steep initially. Documentation and onboarding could be a bit more structured. Workload can vary based on project timelines.
