Good pay, when it finally gets processed

Disorganised. How many people at work have complained about this? Too many. Payslips continuously rejected. They make mistakes with their communications with no repercussions, but you make a tiny mistake & it’s considered unacceptable. I know people who’ve tried for interviews, but Rexco staff care more about seeing your face than if you’re a competent worker. Spoken to disrespectfully, as they think field workers have it as easy as they do in their cushy office.

The money is good, that's about it.

Amateur hour on steroids. Has no obvious HR section. No performance appraisal. No warnings. You're sacked with little discussion.
