Pros
This use to be a great company to work for. Until new CEO came in. Implementing Phoenix policy in pharmacy that didn't work in Shoppers where he came from.
Cons
Horrible treatment of staff. Union is a joke and does nothing to help the staff. Get rid of it or get a new union on board. Management need to be trained on how to treat staff. Upper management needs to work a week in an actual store after they impliment all of these CRAP policies!!!! Get a clue!!!
