      Only pros are pay and even that is a little iffy

      Cons

      Don’t communicate rules effectively Management treats you like garbage Get write ups for anything Treat you differently based on nationality Fire you for getting hurt when the reason you got hurt was their fault for not communicating the proper rules and procedures
