      - Excellent Pay - Great benefits - Good group of guys working in the plant

      Cons

      - Management is atrocious - Too worried about dollar signs and not enough on employees - Way more stressful than it has to be - Plant is going downhill in a hurry

      The I&E Apprenticeship Program has been an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning the fundamentals of instrumentation and electrical systems.

      Not many cons in the program. Great program

      It is a really good place to work with a highly supportive environment. The coworkers are great, team-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

      Maintaining work-life balance can be challenging during peak outage seasons due to extended hours and frequent travel
