Pros

Pay scale is high for the area. Employee led raises within your current position based on the completion of computer-based training. Internal hiring and promotions. A recent renewed focus on long-term projects and corporate-backed projects to get the facility to where it should be in today's industry Guaranteed overtime

Cons

This job/facility isn't for everyone. The work is hard, the hours are long. A lot of overtime Morale trends to the lower side Understaffed Lack of comraderie in certain departments (management decisions haven't helped this aspect) Hard to leave because the hourly rate is so high and the OT increases your annual income to a point where you will take a 25-40% pay cut if you leave.

Pros

I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
