      Poor training and support, micro management, bullying management environment. Abacus required to track compensation independently.

      Pros

      Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

      Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
