Salary not on time sometimes delayed for almost 10 days,
No growth as it is a family business, No increment, For sales rep even if the performance is good they don't give incentives, No structure for the incentives and increment, management is biased towards older employees, No retention policy for good employees, suddenly some employees are moved to different teams or their parent company without any prior notice and kept on 50% of their current salary, no one is answerable. If you are someone looking just to have experience then it is good to join or else there is no growth whatsoever.
