Pros

Good learning opportunities as it is an SME start-up company and they give tasks which are above our experiences.

Cons

A lot: 1) We are given tasks that are above our payroll. 2) They ask the employees to work for like 12 to 15 hours a day till 2 AM and if we don't they give 3 months of notice (even if we perform well) 3) You cannot complain anything to the HR about the manager's behavior, they simply won't listen as HR/CEO/TL everyone knows that if you are being paid 6 LPA then salary for doing the same amount of work would fetch you 12-18 LPA 4) No or zero work-life balance, your personal life will be destroyed - work pressure is too much. 5) Zero perks, No shift allowances, No medical insurance given to the employees.

Depends on which Team you are in.

Cons

Over time, the work culture in the organization has significantly declined. There is no appreciation or recognition for the efforts of sincere and high-performing employees. Promotions and appraisals often appear biased, with little transparency or alignment to actual performance. The environment is highly stressful, with unrealistic work pressure, long working hours, and no work-life balance. Employee well-being is not prioritized, and there are no fun or team-building activities to boost morale. Internal politics and a blame-oriented approach further contribute to a toxic atmosphere, making it difficult for teams to collaborate effectively or feel motivated. I sincerely hope the leadership takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a more transparent, fair, and employee-focused workplace.
