Pros

The salary and the potential for career progression is above average

Cons

Great tools for managing people but no people management culture. Revolut tries to implement a lot of state of the art management approaches and resemble Amazon in that regards (or similar companies). Revolut is a product company that fails to develop good people leader. E.G. great tool to set targets for the employees but managers are not really being tought on how to properly set them and how to set up the team, finally ending up with contradicting targets or even having one direct and one functional manager (yes, you have two for some reason) that have completely opposing opinions and goals. This results in heavily fluctuating performance reviews and employee turnover

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
